Good communication sits at the heart of good business — creating the conditions for understanding, clarity, and empathy that allow us to do work that truly serves both people and planet.
I see my role as a connector and translator, helping organisations sift through complexity, distil what matters, and weave it into something coherent and compelling.
Whether that's shaping your brand strategy, developing your visual identity, building your website and digital presence, or designing the marketing systems that help you tell your story, my work spans strategy through to execution.
I work closely with Melbourne's purpose sector including the B Corp Community, Small Giants Academy, Regen Melbourne and more — this is the world I live in, and the people I love working with.

"She effortlessly built strong relationships with our team, bringing together our collective expertise to guide us towards success. A skilled communicator, a talented creative, and she gets things done."
I started my career in digital agencies back before smartphones ruled our lives. I've spent the last 16 years navigating the shifting terrain of how brands show up, from the end of Flash to universal eCommerce to now the AI transition, and the moral questions each new chapter brings.
The systems we live within aren't built to serve everyone, and I believe there's a different way. That belief led me to start Morrow Studio, a B Corp digital agency and creative studio, and in 2025, to shift into independent practice.
Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious about how people think — mental models, human development, what makes us tick. It's the thread that runs through everything I do. I believe in the good of people, and I've built my practice around using design and technology to amplify it.
I live in Melbourne with my husband Nick, our twin boys Kai and Lucas, and our twin dogs Wilbur and Chloe. The dogs came first — double twins wasn't the plan! When I'm not working you'll find me delighting in the chaos of parenting toddlers, enjoying Melbourne's incredible food when I can, and tinkering with home DIY projects.
I'd love to be a part of what you're working on. My next project availability opens in April 2026 — get in touch to start a conversation. For strategy sessions, you can book a time here.
